How to Update your device

Sometimes Apple will fix certain bugs and other issues that occur in their systems.  In order to apply this to all Apple devices, Apple will release an update. On some devices, updates will start automatically; on other devices, the updates will have to be downloaded and installed manually.

*Suggestion: Turn Wifi on before starting the update. Make sure that your device is charged with more than 50% battery or have it charging while the device is updating.

How To Update Your iPad

Step 1: Go To Settings.

Step 2: Click “General” and choose “Software Updates”.

STEP 3: If there is an available update, it will show the name and number of the current update. Select “Download and Install”.

Your device may restart on its own while installing the updates.

This process may take a while, so please be patient and allow the system to update fully.
